Made from organically grown Karuppu kavuni rice, a fiber rich traditional rice variety in Tamilnadu. It is cultivated in relatively small amounts, compared to other rice varieties. Kavuni Aval is commonly used for preparing breakfast and snack items like porridge, salads and sweets.
